Course covers Adult, Child, & infant CPR, including hands on AED training and First Aid. Participants ages 12+ earn a 2 year ASHI Certification upon completion. This is a nationally accredited program which meets the requirements outlined by DBHDD, NECPA, Bright from the Start, NAEYC, DSS, DHR and more. Participants receive electronic resources to improve retention after the class ( an e-textbook, a mobile app and periodic learning links through email.
To ensure a smooth start, we kindly ask that staff members arrive a few minutes early to sign in, and collect course materials. Please note participants arriving after 9:15 am may not be able to attend the course.
To maintain focus during the session, we ask participants to refrain from using their cell phones during class. Consistent use of cell phones may impact their ability to earn their certification.
